Refund policy

30 Day Policy

Our return policy is 30 Days, this means you have up to 30 Days after receiving your purchase to initiate a return. Our return policy does not cover shipping costs, customers are responsible for ensuring the products get back to the return centre. Contact us to start a return process.


Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% of the total order value will apply to all returns.

To start the return process, please contact us at info@6sigmasimracing.com. If your return is accepted, you will have the responsibility to properly prepare the items for shipment and hand them off to your carrier for shipping to our return warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Issues/Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right immediately.

If there are any scratches or cosmetic damage on your product, please email us before installation and we will offer compensation. As scratches and cosmetic damage can occur during the installation process, we require you to contact us prior to installing the product. Please do not proceed with installation until the issue has been resolved.


Exceptions / Custom Items
Custom items (special orders or personalized items) can not be returned or refunded unfortunately. Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
Please reach out to us if you would like to exchange an item. The quickest way to get the exchange item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, we will work with you to facilitate the purchase of the new item. You will be required to pay the difference where necessary, or you will be issued a refund if applicable. Exchanges may also be subject to a $25 admin fee, please let us know about your situation and we will work with you. 



Refund Timeline

You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds take up to 10 - 15 days after it has been processed on our end. 

 

Cancellation Fee for Pre-Order

We strive to provide accurate delivery timelines for your preorders. If we miss the delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund.

Please note that there is a 10% cancellation charge for cancellations due to personal circumstances. This charge is primarily to cover banking fees and administrative costs.
