Shipping policy
At 6 Sigma, we aim to dispatch products within 3-5 business day, this is subject to the product being in stock.
We will inform you if a product is out of stock or will not be dispatched within this timeframe. Delivery usually takes 3-5Â business days from date of dispatch depending on the customers location.
*Due to issues resulting from COVID-19 on the transportation industry, our couriers are trying to manage extremely high volumes of packages from ourselves and many others. This means shipping from us and delivery from the courier may experience slight to major delays. We are doing everything on our end to minimize any delays, however this may not always be possible.Â

Shipping costs
6 Sigma provides free shipping on most products shipped to most addresses within North America.
Some regions do not qualify for free shipping. Please see the rate table below:Â

Shipping Regions
6 Sigma has the capacity to ship orders to residential and commercial addresses in the 10 provinces and 3 Territories in Canada, as well as most places in the United States of America.Â
We are not able to offer shipping to any military, PO, APO and FPO destinations.
Local Pick Up
Local Pick up is available for customers who are able to pick up from our locations in Toronto. See options at checkout for more details
Delivery Method
We use all major shipping services like FedEx, Canpar, UPS, Purolator to ship out orders.
Orders have a typical transit time of 3-5 business days, however, shipping times do vary due to location.
We reserve the right to use discretion in circumstances where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.

6 Sigma will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs, courier delays or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched from our Distribution Centre, an email with your tracking number and a link to our courier’s website will be sent to you. This information will tell you the current status of your delivery.
We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.
Damages due to Shipping
6 Sigma ships all products in their original packaging straight from our manufacturing/distribution warehouses, so our customers can receive the products in immaculate condition. If you should receive a product that has been damaged while in transit please contact us so we can work with you to make things right.
