FAQ
Find answers to our most common questions about our products, compatibility, and shipping policies.
What is the difference between the 6S-80, 6S-120, and 6S-160 chassis?
The numbers (80, 120, and 160) refer to the size and strength of the aluminum profile used for the chassis. The higher the number, the thicker and more rigid the profile, which means it can handle more powerful direct drive wheelbases and motion systems without flexing.
Are your rigs compatible with my sim racing gear?
Our rigs are designed to be compatible with a wide range of popular sim racing brands, including Fanatec, Simagic, Asetek, and more. Check the product page for specific compatibility details or feel free to contact our support team with your gear's information.
Do your rigs come with a seat, wheel, and pedals?
Our chassis are sold as standalone frames, but we also offer various bundles that include a seat, wheel, pedals, and other accessories. This allows you to choose the perfect setup for your needs.
How difficult is it to assemble a 6 Sigma Sim Racing chassis?
Our chassis are designed with straightforward assembly in mind. Each product includes a detailed assembly guide to walk you through the process. If you encounter any issues, our support team is ready to assist you.
What is the shipping time for an order?
Shipping times can vary depending on the product and your location. For the most accurate estimate, please refer to the shipping information on the product page or contact our customer service team directly.
What is your return policy?
